Good service, it looks like it's a quality product, it didn't arrive damaged, everything arrived well, with every accessory from the purchase. Despite there being inconveniences during delivery, not because of them or me, but because the system incorrectly recorded my address information, they resolved it promptly and thank God I now have the product with me, I can continue making my videos. Very good service, I was not confident in placing orders online of this type, in fact I made two failed orders... that's why it's important to consider who you're purchasing from, some know how to solve it, like Boya did with my order, but unfortunately many cannot resolve the issues. I am satisfied and happy with the order I placed and with the attention they have provided me. I have a bit of difficulty putting the microphone head, but I think it's more a matter of learning how to use it, since previously I used a different type of microphone, and this one is new.

Great quality and fast delivery.
Works well with the boya app and everything connected smoothly. Just 2 things to note:

1-the max gain level is a bit low — you’ll need to either keep it close to your mouth or boost the volume later using software.
2-if your laptop doesn’t have usb-c, a trrs cable is required — regular trs won’t work.
Overall, solid product for the price!
