3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Exposure to liquids, extreme heat, or corrosion.

  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, or fading).

  • Damage caused by external events (e.g., lightning, power surges).

  • Lost or stolen products.

Products received as free gifts, giveaways, or promotional items are not eligible for warranty service.

4. Proof of Purchase

To validate your warranty claim, you must provide:

  • The original order number or invoice from ElectroBest.net.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  • A description of the issue and when it occurred.

Warranty claims without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

5. Warranty Claim Process

If your product experiences a defect within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  3. Our team will review your case and provide instructions for return or replacement.

If approved, we will:

  • Repair the item (if applicable), or

  • Replace it with a new product, or

  • Refund the value to your original payment method or store credit.

⚙️ In some cases, you may be asked to return the defective product to our warehouse before the replacement is shipped.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Within the first 30 days: Return shipping is covered by ElectroBest.net if the product is defective.

  • After 30 days: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Replacement shipping from us back to you is always free.

7. International Warranty Service

Our warranty applies globally.
Customers outside our primary shipping zones can still make claims, but may need to cover international return costs.
We do not guarantee local repair or replacement availability in all regions.

8. Product Availability and Replacements

If the exact model of your product is no longer available, we will replace it with an equivalent or upgraded item of equal value.
Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

9. Warranty on Refurbished or Replacement Items

Products replaced under warranty are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period, or 30 days from replacement — whichever is longer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElectroBest.net is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Data loss or damage to other connected devices.

  • Loss of time, inconvenience, or financial loss beyond the product’s purchase value.

Some branded or third-party products sold on our website may be covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty.
In such cases, warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer.
