Mist: definitely does not spray water, it mists the water, won’t get you wet but will make the air being blown at you much cooler thanks to the mist. Fan: 4 settings (low, medium, high, extra high). Low: seems about 2/10 power level, quiet and just enough air to be comfortable to leave at this setting indoors at your desk or something. Medium: more like 8/10 power level, big difference between low and medium. High: 9/10 power level, not much difference between medium and high. Extra high: 10/10 power level, not much difference between high and extra high. Improvement suggestions: adjust the medium setting to be about a 4 or 5 out of 10 power level. A stronger mister would be nice too. Can’t complain at this price though!
