The box is a bit damaged. Apparently that has not affected the product. I have charged it before using it as indicated in the instruction booklet that came with it. It has several speeds.
It is a nice fan that is comfortable to use, both with and without the base. The screen displays the speed as well as the battery percentage.
I hope it works without any issues (I will add a comment after using it for a while).
