Q: What should I do if the HiTune TI’s voice prompts comes in Chinese?
A: You can simply reset your HiTune T1 earbuds to change the voice prompt language from Chinese to English: 1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and make sure the earbuds are being charged. 2) Then press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators of earbuds blinking blue and white for 3 times. 3) The earbuds have now been reset and voice prompts is in English.
